Known for his versatility in dance from Lasalle, Syaril is currently a resident instructor and a studio manager at Recognize Studios. Syaril loves to share his knowledge in dance from what he has gained from his learning journey over the past 15 years with people. He wishes to inspire the younger generations as they will be the ones carrying the torch to lead in the dance community. All love and peace.

Starting at the tender age of 9, Caitlin has more than 10 years of experience in the dance industry. She has had the opportunity to perform and compete on both local and international stages. She also has experience in choreographing and teaching in the studio as well as in international schools.

Germaine Cheong, more famously known as “Xiao Mei” has been a prominent figure in the street dance community for the the past 16 years. She is a part of Singapore’s pioneering Hip Hop crew, Radikal Forze, as well as Team Nike Singapore.
She is not just a dancer, but an event organiser, teacher, and judge as well. She has been invited all over the world for workshops, performance and judging, bringing her styles of Groove, Flava & Attitude to the likes of those including Japan, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Taiwan, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam.

Ms. Andreas Chua, international choreographer & dancer. She has represented Singapore in many dance competitions and taught masterclasses in Indonesia, China, and Los Angeles. She is also the choreographer for local singer Tabitha Nauser since her debut. Andreas is also the founder & choreographer for the Limited Edition dance crew.

Fully fuelled by the process of teaching and enriching lives through the art of dance, specifically Hip Hop and Locking, Jin has been dancing for the past 19 years and also taught for the past 14 years.
As of 2022, he is currently teaching a wide range of students from preschool to university levels.
He is also one of the main faculty for Recognize Studios Kids Academy and is one of the main lead teachers for R Kids, a team that has won numerous championship spots in competitions such as Pulse, Danceworks, and Safra Lil Stars

Starting from an early age of 6, Esther has dabbled in many genres of dance such as Ballet, Tap Dance, Chinese Dance, Modern Dance, and Contemporary. She eventually found her passion in Street Dance, namely Girl's Style, when she joined the renowned, local dance crew, Limited Edition, of which she is still actively a part.

Hey there! My name is Kiki Banko, or you can call me Kit as well. I am a Hip Hop dancer, and I mainly do Hip Hop party dance and freestyle. I have been dancing since 2016, and I started teaching professionally in 2021. I learn from my teacher, Xiao Mei, who also teaches at Recognize! Studios. Teaching is a way for me to give back and give forward my learnings. Aside from teaching, I love joining dance battles too!

Amanzo is an upcoming dancer and choreographer in the dance scene who began her dance journey more than 10 years ago with classical ballet before transitioning to street dance; She currently is a talent manager for Jam Republic Agency and teaches open choreography classes at Recognize Studios!

Bryan began dancing professionally at the age of 17 and has never looked back. In Singapore, Bryan pioneered dancing styles such as Waacking and Soul dance (Party Dance). Since he introduced these dances to the local dance industry, they have unquestionably developed and earned a tremendous following in the community.

Shanice, or "Lady Bird" started dancing at age 14. She received many accolades since competing. She's judged Freestyle and Locking events in Singapore and internationally. After seeing her dance, Locking creator "Don Campbell" dubbed her "Lady Bird".
As a Youth Worker (specialization in Dance), she manages Bethesda Care Services' Dance Programmes. Besides her full-time job, she teaches "Soul Dance" classes/courses. She's also a Nike ambassador (Singapore).
She's represented Singapore in two 'Dance Dance Asia' performances in Tokyo, Vietnam, and the Philippines. She also participated in Fabien Proville's show in Germany called "Power Moves", which combined Street Dance and Contemporary dance.

The journey in the industry began in 2011. Having been heavily involved in numerous competitions with his external crew, Traveen has been immensely exposed to platforms to create various intricate choreographies for classes, stage competitions, students, and artists both nationally and internationally.
Currently, a member of the STNY brothers, Traveen aims to prolong his journey and continue to inspire others through his movement and direction.

Hello, this is Meow! Also known as Cat Lady in the dance scene. I have been dancing for 20 years and the main styles that I do are Hip Hop & Waacking.

A well-versed choreographer, creative. Bobby Prayogi is also known for his hard-hitting style & swag. Bobby is very competitive by nature and grew up in the dance scene competing for his way up. Bobby’s versatility & determination is what draw him out from the crowd and it reflects in his crafts and past work. Bobby found his passion for dance at the age of 5 & has been pursuing it since then. He believes experience is our best teacher. Working to inspire the newer generation with his experiences.

Melo has been a K-POP Cover Dancer for over a decade and has performed on various international stages such as in Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Working hard to promote the true spirit and culture of K-POP Cover Dance in the local community, she currently runs two kpop dance crews - alt.titude and Beyond Infinity and is an active member of ABSOLUTE.

Dineaish is a versatile dancer who is not afraid to express himself. Graduating with a diploma in dance distinction from LASALLE, he has over 10 years of dancing experience. Starting with street and Latin ballroom at an early age, he has gotten to chance to try out several styles of dances like Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, and Chinese Dance. With an interest in choreographing and leading, Dineaish has gotten the chance to lead and choreograph for his crews, landing them in the finals. He also has a passion for fashion, makeup, and modeling.




Isabelle has had over a decade worth of experience in the dance scene; from performing on stages to choreographing for events. Leading her peers since young, she now teaches students of different ages and backgrounds. She shares her love for dance with those she teaches through the creation of a safe space as well as energetic engagement.

Specializing in the dance genre Locking, Saywan is an active & passionate dancer who keeps things wild and funky and has wowed many others with his crazy moves.



KS is a street dancer who has been active in Singapore's street dance community for the past 16 years. Learning both Popping and Locking when he started out, he has been competing actively on both local and international stages. He is currently managing 'Lion City Lockers', where he keeps the community robust and active through organizing activities throughout the year.

RYAN LIM is a storyteller who strives to interweave his expertise in dance, filmmaking, and creative direction to give value to others by empowering individuals, connecting groups, and telling compelling stories.
